we loved the bar and the continental breakfast, and that there was free wi fi in the room.
weird bathroom door, loud hallways thru the night, the area was not very nice-pkg lot, dumpsters, etc.

the readiness to help of all staff including breakfast staff on two very early days.,nothing was too much trouble.
the bar was not always available for residents as it seemed to operate at its own schedule. we have no complaints.

Fun pool area with activities and lounging chairs.
The check-in experience was frustrating with unfriendly staff. They charged me for breakfast despite prepaying for it, leading to a confusing and annoying discussion.

Jan, Pat, Jamie, Josh were just a few that made our visit spectacular. The food was good, very well priced and the room decor was upscale and attractive. I love the barn door of the bathroom. Every employee was helpful, engaging and made us feel like we were friends...great job.
Our room was very, very noisy with street noise. Perhaps new double pane glass would help with this?

The hotel with neat rooms, in a pretty nice area, in the valley. The location is marvellous and the staff are very welcoming! The rooms with big screen TV, a balcony, coffee.

The unique check-in experience at the bar is quite refreshing.
The walls are paper thin, allowing you to hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

The food was savoury and there where a lot of dishes in the menu. I booked great modern and brand-new room with a pull out couch as well as REGULAR NON LIGHTING BEDS. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants and the ASU scene and a private transport to-and-from the airport and downtown Tempe and the ASU campus.

comfortable stay but some noise issues
I enjoyed the convenient location. The King Studio with Sofa Bed was quite spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. Plus, the pool view from my balcony was a lovely touch that enhanced my mornings. The city views were also captivating and added to my overall experience.
Unfortunately, the walls were a bit too thin, which resulted in hearing conversations from the neighboring rooms.

A Trendy Spot with Comfortable Vibes
Had a great four-night stay! The staff impressed me with their kindness. Sipping cocktails by the pool was a highlight. Only downside was the small glass for the Moscow Mule. Make sure to check the happy hour times for better deals!

Perfect for families who like a vibe
The check-in experience was something else, I got a free cocktail right at the reception bar, really sets the tone perfectly. You know, the room was super chill, it had a giant bean bag, and the decor was just cool enough to catch my eye without being over the top.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, for what we got, it was still reasonable.
